Peppermint Creams Developed from Kendal Mint Cake Quiggin’s produce peppermint cream bars. The bars are made in an identical way to Kendal Mint Cake but an enzyme is added to the mixture to slowly soften it. This softening carries on for a time after the bars have been enrobed in a rich dark Belgian chocolate resulting in a chocolate covered treat that has a soft minty centre. Suitable for: Vegetarians & Vegans. -
