  • Peppermint Creams Developed from Kendal Mint Cake Quiggin’s produce peppermint cream bars. The bars are made in an identical way to Kendal Mint Cake but an enzyme is added to the mixture to slowly soften it.  This softening carries on for a time after the bars have been enrobed in a rich dark Belgian chocolate resulting in a chocolate covered treat that has a soft minty centre. Suitable for: Vegetarians & Vegans.
  • Brown Kendal Mint Cake Arriving shortly after white Kendal mint cake the brown version made its appearance.  It is made in the identical way as the white version but instead of using white granulated sugar we use soft light brown sugar. Also popular with endurance athletes this product is a high energy source provided in the form of a tasty treat.  The ingredients are boiled up in an open copper pan, poured into rubber moulds, left overnight to cool and then wrapped.
